    This is driving me crazy so anyone that can give me a hand I'll be very appreciative. I have a linksys WRT54GL running Tomato V1.27vpn3.6 release. I use the OpenVPN tools to generate the various keys for the client and server and then go to the VPN Tunneling section on the router. I fill out all of the fields and place the keys in their respective windows and then I go to start the VPN server and I get the following error in the logs:

    Sep 26 17:04:07 unknown daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[98]: DHCPREQUEST(br0) 10.50.75.150 00:25:4b:52:24:78
    Sep 26 17:04:07 unknown daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[98]: DHCPACK(br0) 10.50.75.150 00:25:4b:52:24:78
    Sep 26 17:08:20 unknown user.warn kernel: nvram_commit(): init
    Sep 26 17:08:22 unknown user.warn kernel: nvram_commit(): end
    Sep 26 17:08:54 unknown user.warn kernel: nvram_commit(): init
    Sep 26 17:08:56 unknown user.warn kernel: nvram_commit(): end
    Sep 26 17:09:02 unknown user.info kernel: Universal TUN/TAP device driver 1.5 (C)1999-2002 Maxim Krasnyansky
    Sep 26 17:09:02 unknown user.info kernel: device tun22 entered promiscuous mode
    Sep 26 17:09:02 unknown daemon.err openvpn[455]: Options error: You must define certificate file (--cert) or PKCS#12 file (--pkcs12)
    Sep 26 17:09:02 unknown daemon.warn openvpn[455]: Use --help for more information.
    Sep 26 17:09:02 unknown user.info init[1]: VPN_LOG_ERROR: 822: Starting VPN instance failed...

    Where exactly do I have to go or what the heck do I have to do to fix this options error? I have searched everywhere on this forum as well as OpenVPN but I have found nothing. Much thanks in advance

    That error means that the server certificate wasn't specified. This would happen if the "Server Certificate" field is empty. Is this the case?
