please help me configure my QOS to lower my ping on online GAMING

our internet is AT&T 3mbps and we have about 3 computer connected to that internet

the problem is whenever any one of those computer use the internet, i would lag like hell and my ping would skyrocket that it would almost impossible to play online games

i saw that QOS can prioritize my to help lower my ping in games even when others are browsing the internet

    my problem is that
    1. there is like gazillion options to choose from ACK, SYN, FIN, RST, ICMP, and so on... that code-names that i don't understand

    2. i don't know how to identify which is which. i don't know how to identify and differentiate youtube from my online games, etc to give them HIGH priority to LOW priority

    so to summarize

    what i want is
-LAG FREE online gaming even when other computers are browsing the internet or doing youtube stuff

I do not mean to sound rude but judging from the things he said, he will need to understand a bit more about networking before he will be able to use that guide IMO.

For instance he wants to differentiate you tube traffic from Game traffic. Well from that sentence alone I can surmise he does not know how connections communicate through ports. like web browsing is through port 80 and World of Warcraft communicates to its game servers through port 3724.

I believe we should also add this to his reading.
