    Hello
    I was previously using openwrt, when an upgrade went wrong so I said screw it and decided to try tomato. I love the interface and it seems decent so far, with one exception.

    My Network:
    Modem(no interface, just a direct connection) -> Router(192.168.1.1) -> Computers
    Wireless bridge/Client(192.168.1.4) -> More Computers

    I have tomato on my router, have port forwarding setup, and all that jazz, and I couldn't be happier.

    Now on to the second router which I want it to act as a bridge/client (connect to the ap, and spit out a connect through the four ports on the back of the it) I've tried setting it as a "Wireless Client", "Wireless Ethernet Bridge", living the dns as 0.0.0.0 trying to set it as 192.168.1.1 and so forth with no luck

    So I am really at a lost, any help would be great!!!
    Thanks

    I followed the video guide, as I missed the post above last night, step, by step and I still have no luck. It appears that it is not able to get a dhcp address although it does show the strength of my essid in the overview page. DHCP is enabled on the main router

    I was dumb and stupid, someone explained to my why I wanted WDS and indeed I did, so I setup WDS between the two router and everything is happily ever after!!
