Need help with iptables

I'm not even sure if this is possible or not, but here goes:

I'm running a recent Toastman TomatoUSB build and was hoping there was a way to set up iptables to do the following:

    - Incoming traffic from outside my network on port 80 gets redirect to port 8080
    - Internal traffic to port 80 goes to the same computer, but to port 80

My internal network runs on 10.0.x.x

    Is this achievable?

    Many thanks!

You can do this with existing port forwarding feature. No need for custom iptables

Internal traffic is not handled by the router (and will not be seen by iptables). They are passed along by the switch hardware without the router caring about it.
