    Hi,

I have a cable modem conenected to my WR54GS running Satori V4 which is hard-wired to my PC. I had not needed the wireless transmitter so it had been disabled but I just brought in a new DELL laptop with an internal wirless card. I enabled the wireless transmitter in the Satori firmware. I tried setting the firmware to both AP and ADHOC and both MIXED and B-ONLY with wireless channel set to the original default channel 6. I also tried it with SSID on and off... but try as I mifgt the laptop will not detect the LinkSyss presence.

What am I missing here? Shouldn't the laptop have seen the linksys?

Any hints will be appreciated as I am very new at this.

    Thanks,

    Rich

I also had some problems to get my Dell TrueMobile working. Udating the wireless drivers and the TrueMobile Client Manager did the trick.

If you haven't tried this it might be an option.
