I have used my WRT310N (v.1) for 2 years with no problems...then installed Network Magic that suggested upgrading firmware and I did (really stupid move!)... since then nothing but trouble...the new firmware seems to hang up the radio function every few days to a week... The radio starts broadcasting irregularly so the computers cannot connect to it even if they see it or stops broadcasting completely.. Need solution or a link to the old firmware, hopefully the one I had when I purchased it in August 2008. Cisco refused supporting it... Started throwing at you their "out of warranty clause"...! Would be thankful for any suggestions...

Have you been able to get the original firmware back ? I have the exact same problem, several years without issue, then upgraded firmware and now need to disconnect router several times a day. I think it used to be up for at least months at a time before.

Just a suggestion or possible "solution". There's a bustling community in the tomato firmware forum. Your router is supported, and I think you might like it if you tried it out. I now only buy hardware that supports 3rd party firmwares, plus you can interact and give feed back to the developers. If interested I suggest you go here.

    The WRT310N (v.1) is a MIPSR1 kernel 2.4 router. I would suggest tomato-ND-1.28.76XX-Toastman-IPT-ND-VPN.trx of the latest version.
