I have 5 computers connected to the router and I need to limit the upload on 2 of them to max 20KB. Whats the best method I should use?

Assign static addresses to them and then use the Bandwidth Limiter.

The ones that I don't need to limit. Do i need to enter their IP addresses in the Bandwidth Limiter?

Only the ones you need to limit have to be in the bandwidth limiter.

You don't need to assign static addresses to the devices that don't need monitoring or bandwidth limits, but many of us like to use static addresses for all our own devices for a variety of reasons.

I would assign static IP like Marcel suggested so that they are right next to each other if you want to limit the combined upload rate for both devices to 20KB and not each having 20KB.

    For example,

Set static IP 192.168.1.10 and 192.168.1.11 for device A & device B respectively.
In Bandwidth limiter, you can use 1 field to limit the combined upload rate to 20KB by typing in 192.168.1.10-11.
Set the minimum upload rate to something low as that's the guaranteed rate it will get and the ceiling to 20kb.
