I have been trying to connect my mac to my new wrt54gs router without success. The mac will be connected using a lan port and the pc wirelessly. The installation disc is only for windows. Any suggestions how to configure manually?

Typically you can just plug and play with router and a Mac or a PC. However if your ISP requires specific settings and you do not have those, I would suggest temporarily connecting your PC to the router via a wired connection and running the setup CD. You can then move the router to its final location if not already there and connect your Mac via the hardline connection and set up the wireless portion for your PC through the browser on your Mac. (default IP of router).
