Hi all I have a WMP54GS v1.1 installed on my comp also with a wrt54gs router v4 running
on the router i have ddr-wrt v23 mini generic loaded and then thibor 11 loaded

i used to use the linksys software that came with the cd for the adapter and that installed the linksys wirless netwokr monitor with it.
i've been reading around and read that there are broadcom drivers that are much more stable (betteR?) for the linksys broadcom chipset based cards.
i had been having problems wtih the network monitor from linksys so thought i would try the broadcom and just use WZC
i downloaded the broadcom 3.140.16 version driver of the wlan for broadcom and tried installing it but it wouldn't take.
doesn't actually make the card work
how can i get the better broadcom driver on for my adapter?
for now i have the linksys driver but just didn't install the network monitor and using WZC (when network monitor was installed i couldnt' disable it or choose the use WZC option it just didn't allow me)
anyone know how to get the broadcom driver on my wmp54gs v1.1?

also on a side note.. does anyone know how to properly and effectively get the most of the speedbooster?
is there a setting i have to change or is it all just internal and the 35% boost is just up in the air floating around?
