New build(151105) looks good...

I like the changes I see so far in the new build. A couple bugs I see so far...

Minor bug - in DHCP Client table and Active Client list, I'm not seeing the hostname(the column is blank), I assigned in static DHCP, like I did in previous versions( I actually did see it when I initially set up static DHCP, but since rebooting the router, I have yet to get them to show again). Also in the Device List tab, I'm seeing the hostname but I'm seeing it with a leading comma ", Home"(without the quotes).

Minor bug - in Advanced Wireless Setting, you say the default for SES(wondered where that option went to :) ) is enabled, yet it was defaulted to disabled after I did an erase nvram;reboot.

    Thanx for the great firmware.

Where is this 151105 version available from and is there a changelog for it? what's new, what's fixed, what's known to be broken? Thanks.

it's available as usual in the downloads section and the changelog is with it.

OK, I just didn't see any announcements that a new build is available. Thanks.

Is it safe to load the configuration from 191005 or should I re-enter the settings again?

although the safe thing to do is reset to defaults with each upload. i don't unless i have unexpected results. the nvram variations between builds are minimal, and the core version is the same. if it were me, i'd just update it and see what happened. In no way is this the Recommended Behaviour, it's just what I do.

I'm not upgrading just yet, 191005 is very stable for me and it works well (except for the memory leak, but it's not that bad).

Looking forward to newer builds that would add more features (hint, hint: sshd :) )

I think that the 151105 is absolutely fantastic. It stopped the break-ins, it stopped the file transfer problem, and it has almost as much performance as Avenger's 21b1--but now the network throuput is fully usable because the large file transfer problem went away.

    Bravo!
