    Hi all,

I've been playing around with the QoS features, and would like to setup rules for some online games that I play to have the highest priority over all other traffic.

For games like Unreal, since all servers are on different port, I figured that I will need to use L7 to catch the game traffic instead of relying on the ports. There are a lot of L7 presets already provided, however still missing a few games that I usually play. My question is how do I expand on the L7 list? Can I do it manually somehow?

    Thanks for the help!

I never had any real success giving priority for games to users on my system, mainly because I have no idea what games they play, what ports they are on, etc. I did find that L7 filters were almost useless for the job though, because they are slow, and to use several of them to cover individual games takes up too much resources..

Interested to see if you find a solution to the problem.

    Good luck!
