    Hello everyone,
I found this forum when searching for the answers to a few questions, and I’m glad I did!

    Here are the setups:
BEFVP41 router at the office. No server, cable modem, peer to peer network, internally static IPs, dynamic IP for the modem (changes about once a month). All computers running XP Pro SP2.

Home is DSL (for now), Westell modem hooked up to a WRT54GS (switching to cable next week). Also dynamic ip. Home computers all running XP Pro SP2.

I have read on this forum that many people are using Quick VPN. I can’t find this software. If you suggest another client, please give me a source. Free is best, but I’m willing to pay for software if we can afford it depending on the price.

I realize the dynamic IPs will cause me to reconfigure the settings on the client end. That’s ok, there will only be a few users doing this and I’m considering one of the services that will solve this problem.

As you can tell I’m new to all this.

Thanks in advance and Happy New Year.

    Edited to add:
Ok, I found the QuickVPN. Is this all I need?

The Linksys QuickVPN client AFAIK is only supported for use with the WRV54G :(

SSH Sentinel is a good client but you might have trouble locating a copy. Other people seem to like the Greenbow client, I haven't used it personally so can't so how good it is.

If you setup a DynDNS account, or similar, that will get around the dynamic IP problem ;)
