    Hello,

I just purchased and installed a Linksys WRT54G2 Wireless-G Broadband Router. I'm running Windows XP and have a DSL modem.

The problem is that I have absolutely no connectivity to the internet when I launch my browser, try to play a game or run my anti-virus software.

All of the lights are lit on both my DSL modem and the router itself. When I enter the router's IP (192.168.1.1) in my browser, the diagnostic screens come up just fine and all looks well.

I've spent the past couple of hours trying to figure out what's wrong. PLEASE HELP!

Have you configure PPPOE on the router with your correct username and password? If you go to the status tab, does it show your wan connected and does it show you an IP?

I've always been setup with DHCP. I've never used PPPoE before. Should I be using it now? The "Setup" tab, does, indeed, show an IP address.
