"No Memory" error when trying to flash, erase all won't work!!

Hi, I am trying to flash with Unslug 6.8 but keep getting this "No memory" error, I have read that you need to use the erase all utility to get it to work but when I try to load erase all I get a windows error. it's a windows that says 16 bit windows subsystem, the config.nt is not suitable for running ms-dos and windows applications. choose close to terminate.

What else can I do? I have removed the hard drive on boot.

Funny thing is, I got this error before when trying to upgrade an official linksys firmware but somehow I got it to work and I didn't use eraseall.

    Anything else I can do?

Also, does Unslug 6.8 offer performance improvements over the linksys firmware?
