How can I use this NAS with just a thumb drive of 2Gb ? I can see the drive, but whenever I try to write on it i get denied for insufficient rights (I guess).

The NSLU2 is connected to a WRT54G and I use XP. I can FTP and Telnet on NAS, but again I can not write on it. "Permission denied"

    Thank you,

Which firmware is the NSLU2 using and which USB Port is the thumbdrive in?

On firmware V2.3R63, the latest offically released firmware, the thumbdrive would have to be connected to USB Port 2 for it to work.
