    Hello!

My Linksys WRT54G v1 is broken and I want to use the MINI-PCI Card in my Notebook - but I need some drivers. I heared that I can use the drivers from the Linksys WMP54G v1 (the frist Hardware Revision) but I didn't found the driver for the first hardware revision from the WMP54G PCI Card.

Can somebody send me the old drivers via mail ( forum@udo-web.de )? The drivers should be for the PKW-WM54G Mini PCI Card from BROADCOM.

    Thanks!

    Udo

Wake on Lan capability for the miniPCI card ... WRT54Gv1.0?

I put the miniPCI from a WRT54Gv1.0 in a COMPAQ Presario 2100 Notebook, and have been using WPC54G v3 drivers, which seem to work well.

I now have a new question and I don;t know if it pertains to HyperWRT firmware or not. HyperWRT gave me Wake on Lan (WOL) capabilities on my WRT54G and WRT54GS routers.

But that function is greyed out in the Hardware Devices in COntrol Panel. So my Q is, if I change to a different driver will I get that capability OR does that miniPCI card simply not have that capability? If this is the case, how does Thibor 15c add in that capability?

    Thanks

    k.

The driver for WPC54G v1.0 also works well with the WM54G mini PCI adapter from a WRT54G v1.0 donor.

Re: Wake on Lan capability for the miniPCI card ... WRT54Gv

There is no Wake-on-Lan support on most wireless adapters.
