One Computer can no longer access Router Setup

My apologies if this has been raised before but I have been unable to find anything on it if it has. I have two computers on my network but only one of them can access the router setup pages. The misbehaving computer can access the router username/password page but then gets stopped at http://192.168.15.1/cgi-bin/webcm, which is a blank page.

Here is my setup. My router is a WRTP54G from Vonage running Vonage firmware 1.00.62. The misbehaving computer, wired directly to the router in port 1, is a Dell D520 notebook. In another section of my house I have a WRT54G running DD-WRT V23 SP2 operating as a client bridge to the router with a Dell desktop wired to port 1. I can access the router setup from this guy over the bridge but not from the computer wired directly into the router.

Anyone have any ideas? Both computers can access the internet and both can access the other. Both are running BitDefender AntiVirus V10.

Thanks in advance for the help,

Hard to say, perhaps something with the browser or applet thats not right. I would suggest moving the machines or rewiring to see if the machine that does not work right now, works if configured the same way as the working machine. This way you can factor out if its the machine or not. Once thats done you can proceed accordingly to figure out what the cause is.

    So it isn't the wiring

I tried plugging the offending computer into the ports on the second router to match the working computer to no avail. I also re-tried my wireless card, also with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

    Yep tried that

Yeah I tried clearing the cache several times, in both IE 6 and 7 and FireFox 2. Thanks though.
