OpenVPN CCD Settings Get Overwritten

I'm running Shibby's Tomato v. 100 on an RT-N66U. I have OpenVPN running using a ccd folder. I have some custom configurations manually included in the client file that are not available through the Tomato GUI.

Everything works perfectly, except that periodically the router overwrites the custom configurations. I set vpn_debug = 1. Afterwards, the overwriting happened less frequently, but it is still happened.

I haven't been able to find any documentation on this. I'd appreciate any suggestions. My openvpn config is below.
    Thank you.

Put this file under USB or JFFS file system and point "client-config-dir clients" to that.
    /mnt/sda1/openvpn/yourfile
    /jffs/openvpn/yourfile

    openvpn is a new map.

    Thank you!
I made the change and it appears to be working (I'll have to watch it for a few days to be sure).
