OT: Vista SP1 64-bit TCPIP Connections Fix

    I thought I'd try this fix awhile before posting here and it seems to work beautifully for people with Vista 64 SP1 systems who torrent, surf, and stream audio/video!

    There is a Vista Sp1 64-bit TCPIP.SYS hack available that allows you to increase the number of half-open connections. You need to get the TCPIP-64 patch from the site below, and ReadyDriver Plus 1.1 to disable the driver signing at boot by automating the "F8" process so you don't have to manually press F8.

    I’ve been simultaneously running heavy torrents, streaming audio, and surfing with no slowdowns and no occurances of “4226″ appearing in the error logs since I installed this fix. The last time I saw "4226" in the error log was 6 days ago, before using this fix.
