    As the title suggests realy,
Ive managed to overclock my router in the past to 240,120 and i know that linksys released a Beta firmware that pushed the speed up to this level.

    When ever i type in...

    nvram set clkfreq=240,120
    nvram commit
    reboot

    i use the command,
    cat /proc/cpuinfo
    and it still reads 216.

And ideas? I use the telnet to issue the commands and i have a WRT54G v2.2

Im going to have to assume that there is a protection script built into Thibor14 and that no one has realy tried overclocking it.
Never mind, 240Mhz must just be a dream.

lol, well unfortunatly the router does suffer from lag when L7 is used for the QoS as i have (on average) 4 wireless clients hammering it with Torrents. On a REALY bad day there are 9 clients and they all have their needs (aka, torrents/internet radio/MMORPG/streaming video/web surfing) so the extra speed would be a help.

The other thing is that i like to know how far i can push it. Last time i tried it i wasnt aware of the second command (the 120 out of 240,120) and i bricked the router. This wasnt realy a problem as JTAG does the trick every time.
