Hello this is my first post here ...

We are having three remote sites with:
    Router Model
    Linksys WRT54G/GS
    Firmware Version
    DD-WRT v23 SP1 Final (05/16/06) micro
They are running WDS and the current output looks fine. Windows networking , file transfers work fine . BUT :
There is a printer connected on a switch on one site .We de-activated the sleep mode of it but it seems that the tiny print jobs (One spreadsheet no more than 50KB) cant reach the printer at once .The user has to press the print command several times before the packet reach the printer (Konica Minolta 130F).
I noticed that sometimes my pings have to cycle three or four ICMPs before the link is "active" and then it is working fine (5 ms max) .Of course the local print jobs are printed normally...I have issued a constant ping from a site to the printer IP but it does not seem to change anything .Any better ideas will be valuable ... Thank you in advance ...
