Parental Control blocks mail server.

I have a home network setup using the WRT54GS as the router. I also have a Linux box setup as a mail server. Whenever I turn on the Parental Control feature (Primary feature for buying the router), the Linux machine is unable to send mail out. I assume this is because the router is looking at all packets on port 25 (SMTP), and only allowing ones through from IPs that have been authenticated. Since the mail server has not been authenticated, the router blocks the packets. I tried talking to Linksys support, but they were no help at all.

Is there anything that can be done to allow my mail server to get through?
