Password problems

    I use a model WAG120N router and although I have had it for some while, I have never needed to connect anything to it wirelessly. I only use it as a modem for connecting to the internet.

    I now need to connect my mobile phone to my computer via the router to enable me to download an update to the phone.

    When I try to connect, I get a message come up on my phone asking me for the Linksys password. I have absolutely no idea what this is and am sure that when I set the router up I did not even put one in.

    I have tried contacting Cisco's help line live chat and they don't want to know because the router is now out of warranty. I also tried telephone support but was unfortunately put through to someone in South America twice who I could not understand and whose signals kept breaking up.

    I am getting desparate!!!!

    Is there anyone out there that can tell me how to overcome this and help me find where I can get the correct password or even cancel everything and start again.

    Any help would be appreciated.
