    Hi,everybody.
    My router is WRT54G V1.0.
    I used it for a time.It works fine.But now it doesn't work.
I think the power part on the mainbord is wrong.
When I plug the external power. The power led and diag led is on。But even I plug the net line, the lan led is off.
And when be close to the router,I can hear some fizzle from the power part of the mainbord.
So I wonder if anyone can give me the circuit diagram about the power part or the whole mainbord.
Or anybody can help me about this.
    Thanks a lot.

I had the same problem, i had the voltage at 12 volts when it should have been with 5. It also made a buzzing noise when powered on, with the diag led and power led constantly let, and all the other leds flashing dimly.

Unfortunately, i think its gone for good, mine (v1.0) and yours . After opening it up, i probed the large resavoir caps for voltages. the problem was, while doing this, i noticed that the broadcom chip was overheating (painfull to touch), so it was probably blown.

I will have to try and get my hands on another WRT54G and hopefully wont do the same mistake twice. :sadbye:
