Im sure this was covered here before, I didnt find post to answer my question, so here it is.
I have comcast buisiness class SMC cable modem in bridge mode
and I have CISCO RV082 router
I CAN'T get to figure out port forwarding here, I have ports and IP's rules set right, its something between modem and router not working, so here is what I have:

    Modem Static IP: 10.1.10.1
    Router WAN IP: 10.1.10.2
    Router LAN IP: 192.168.1.1

I am trying to push port 700 to DVR under static IP 192.168.1.7
I have ruls set under FORWARDING.
I can accsee DVR when Im on the LAN network, once Im outside of lan I cant get in to DVR.
    any help here?

I think my problem in the port forwarding where I set source and destination IP's
Well, destination we all know is the DVR IP 192.168.1.7
    what would be source one?

You need to select the source as any. Or maybe 0.0.0.0

Can you confirm that port 700 on the wan of your modem/isp is not blocked
