Basically I have an archos 605 which is a touchscreen media player with wifi. My wireless router is a WRT54G and the fw on it atm which I havent changed in ages is - Firmware Version: v4.71.1, Hyperwrt 2.1b1 + Thibor15.

On the main screen there is a thing called the archos control panel. Ppl in France/US/UK can rent and buy films etc from this control panel. That will never be possible in Ireland so this control panel is no use to me. So I want to create my own sort of control panel(webpage) with streaming tv/radio, film trailers etc. And when I click the archos control panel button, I want the WRT54G to send me to my control panel webpage and not the official archos control panel(which is just a webpage). Hope i made sense!

    Is this possible?

And I only want to be sent to my control panel when it tries to connect to the archos webpage not any other website.

to do what you want, you would need a proxy server that would decide where to send different requests. It *MAY* be possible to have such a proxy running on a WRT54G, but it would require OpenWRT. I'm not sure if they have a package with proxy functions.
