    I tried http://www.linksysinfo.org/forums/showthread.php?t=35468.

I'd also rather not try to open it and short it out.

The issue is, my WRT54GL V1.1 has the power light blinking green, and the rest are a solid green. I cannot ping the router and get a response, i cannot tftp a firmware to it and i cannot access the web interface. What should I do?

It does not run a 3rd party firmware, it was running the latest Linksys official firmware.

The same is happening to me.

Have you been able to find out the problem?

Its sounds likes it bricked, but i only speak from what i have read, have never had that happen to me. That being said most use tftp to fix, some as you have stated short pins and others use a jtag cable which still requires opening up the unit. Hopefully someone with a little more experience in that area then i will pop in and give you a fix. Though i think your on the right track, i hear timing for tftp has to be perfect or it wont work, are you sure your timing is correct?
