    hi,
if i try to use the "Connect on Demand" feature the routers WAN mac changes to 00:00:00:00:00:00 after a few seconds and i'm unable to connect to the PPPoE server anymore. The mac change is constant...means reboot does not change a thing. the only way to get the mac back is a hard reset or to set it to HeartBeat Signal or static ip.
Am i doing something wrong? Or is it a problem with the firmware itself?

    Thanks in advance!

i have testet several versions of DD-WRT but with all the versions the problem stays. also alchemy couldn't solve my problem. but as i flashed to satori it was gone. no zero mac anymore and no problems with PPPEO connection.
    But i don't want t to use satori :-(
Does anyone know why this happens, or at least confirm this problem???

i used to have the same problem, using ver pre4, but after installing pre5 and then enabling MAC clone, it has gone away

well, seems i have to go with satori couse i've tried everything but still got no mac at all.
also mac cloning right after i flashed with ddwrt caused a zero mac. i simply do not know what to try next!
