I'm fairly new to this firmware upgrade, but I find everything so very interesting. How awesome is it to be able to run so many different processes from a little box!?!

Anyways, I'm having a small problem trying to get the pptp daemon working. I'm running Firmware version: DD-WRT #22 (prefinal3.2) on a WRT54G v2.2 box. I am trying to get the vpn to work with mac os x. However, the problem I'm having is it looks like the pptp server doesn't want to run on the linksys box. I see the executable /usr/local/sbin, but when I do a ps aux, it isn't listed in the processes running. If I try to nmap the 1723 port, it shows it being 'closed'. I set the 'pptp server' to enabled, set the router IP ( as the server IP, the IP's as "", and chap secrets as...

I was hoping that maybe somebody could give me a few hints on getting this up and running. Is there any sort of error log I can output the errors to? Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

    Use a range like this:
