PPTP vulnerable

    Yeah, dude, it's old, but isn't everything vulnerable? :) PPTP is based on microsoft point-to-point encryption (mppe) and it's only rated 128 bit encryption. Be that as it may, it's proven to be more reliable to configure that IPSEC (anyone trying to run quickvpn can attest to that).

    Provided the information you're not putting through the tunnel isn't "super duper" confidential, PPTP works fine for some folks. For the paranoid at heart, IPSEC with 256AES/DH5 is the way to go!!! :)
