Hi, I'm quite new to all this so please bear with me if I've made any obvious errors. I've set up my wrt54gs with my main pc on an ethernet connection and two laptops via wireless and am able to file share between all three. I have an Epson 830c printer on the pc connected via ethernet which I have also set up for print sharing with all necessary drivers installed via the 'wizards' on each wireless machine. When I try to print I just get various errors back saying that things have failed to print. All is fine with printing from the pc the printer is connected to. These errors are immediate and not after a delay, as if it had attempted to print. The printer shows up on the 'share' machines as on and offline and I can call up it's properties when it is available although am unable to print a test page. Just wondering if anyone has ay ideas ? Thanks in advance.

When you installed the printer that you are wired to did you set it up as a shared printer?

If you can file share, you set up file and printer sharing, so that setting is not an issue.

The printer was set for file sharing on the machine that it is wired to. It has definitely worked as a shared printer on a previous wired network I had. Thanks for the reply.
