When I download stuff off of bit torrent at full speed...the ability to stream youtube video is affected...

it would stutter even on standard definition quality..

i would like to use QoS so that it would prioritize bandwidth for downloading youtube video so it wouldn't stutter when i download stuff..

    how do i do this?

    Prioritize port 80 (the web)

I would also give bittorrent the lowest priority over anything else if you have not done so already.

Also prioritise RTSP,RTP ports, whatever is used by uTube (if anything), and make sure your bit torrents are limited so the incoming P2P data doesn't completely swamp your router.I suggest rate 1% and limit no more than 20% - and see how you get on.
