I have installed the NAS200 and created shares for all the users. When we try and map their shares in XP, it gives me an error message as follows:
"Multiple user accounts cannot be used to map shared folders. Disconnect the mapped drives and try again with a single user account (login name and password)"
We can see the PUBLICDISK created and mapped when we setup the machine. What are we doing wrong?

PS I am an accountant trying to do an IT job

    Multiple user accounts.

    Hello,

If memory serves me correctly I think that you need to use the same user name and password in the NAS200 as you are using for Windows XP. I seem to have had this problem using the NSLU2 as well. If I used the same user name and password for the computer and the NSLU2 with no issues with mapping. I hope this helps.

    Regards,
