I have installed the NAS200 and created shares for all the users. When we try and map their shares in XP, it gives me an error message as follows:
"Multiple user accounts cannot be used to map shared folders. Disconnect the mapped drives and try again with a single user account (login name and password)"
We can see the PUBLICDISK created and mapped when we setup the machine. What are we doing wrong?

PS I am an accountant trying to do an IT job

Windows only lets you connect to another computer using one account at a time. If you connected to the NAS200 with one account before, you will have to disconnect first. Remove any drive mappings you made under one account before you connect to drive mappings with another account. It may be necessary to disconnect from the IPC$ share (a reserved share that's used to show available directories when you're not logged in yet) by using e.g. "net use /d \\mynas200\ipc$" from the command prompt.
