Problem with a desktop and a WRT54G

    Hello, i going to describe my network, then i will explain my problem

    Router WRT54G v5 1.00.0

    1.Thinkpad 600E wifi G Wxp
    2.HP ze4143 wifi G Wxp
    3.Dell Latitud D600 wifi B Wxp

    4.Desktop Pentium 166mhz, NIC 3com 3c905b TX W98

    So, my problem is that when the computer 4 is power on and connected to the router, it not share any more my internet connection, i tried to configure the desktop with static and with dinamic ip, but the problem persisit.

    when i power off the desktop all work properly,

    Your help will be apreciated.....

    perhaps it has Internet Connection Sharing enabled, which would means that it's acting as a DHCP also and everything may be trying to use it for the net.

    there is also an updated firmware for the WRT54G v5 (version 1.00.4). You should check the Linksys Website to download it.

    The problematic computer not have ICS enabled, The firmware upgrade process is safe or not?? I mean if the router keep a restore of the bios, or something
