    Hi All,

I'm having trouble getting my access restrictions to work for a wireless laptop on my WRT54G router, HW version 2, FW version 2.02.7

I've set it up with 2 policy's, like this:

    Internet Access Policy 1
    Allow
Days - Son to Thu from 07.00 AM to 11.00 PM
Added wireless PC's MAC adress to list of PC's

    Internet Access Policy 2
    Allow
Days - Fri to Sat 24 hours
Added wireless PC's MAC adress to list of PC's

Problems is that the router won't shut down the internet access at the set times.
    Am I doing something wrong?

I am having no success with Access Restrictions myself on a WRT54G version 2. I've updated the firmware to Firmware Version: v3.03.6, cleared the config via reset-powerdown and manually entered all the previous settings using the webgui.
It seems that this feature is broken.

    Eenhoorn...
Try adding a third policy for sun-thurs 11:01-6:59am.. make it a deny policy..

    I was hasty.
Someone in another post mentioned a deny all policy for the last policy entry as a workound.
    That tip did the trick.

No. Policy Name Time of Day [type]
    List of PCs

    1. Monday-Thursday 06:00 PM - 08:30 PM [allow]
    MAC address of restricted pc

    2. Friday 04:00 PM - 11:55 PM [allow]
    MAC address of restricted pc

    3. Saturday 24 Hours. [allow]
    MAC address of restricted pc

    4. Sunday 12:00 AM - 08:00 PM [allow]
    MAC address of restricted pc

    5. Allow List 24 Hours. [allow]
    MAC addresses of allowed pcs

    6. Deny All 24 Hours. [deny]
    IP range of DHCP server

This denies all access to the internet, including chat instantly. There is no need to reboot the router or the pc for the restriction to work either for testing or day to day use.
