Look in the Mac adress changes of MustDie Firmware 2.07. There is some problem
Interesting. I had an anomaly, too:
I plugged the WAP54G with the MustDie 2.07rev1 firmware into the inside network on a BEFW11S4, broadcasting the same SSID as the BEFW11S4. I foiund that it advertised an additional SSID with the MAC address of the inside LAN (wired) interface of the BEFW11S4, so that a site survey would show 3 MACs with the same SSID:
1) That of the BEFW11S4 wireless interface (normal)
2) That of the WAP54G (normal)
3) That of the inside LAN (wired) interface of the BEFW11S4 (NOT NORMAL???)
Anyhow, I'm new to playing around with this hacked up firmware, so I'll keep posting my anomalous findings, if any.
That bit is set to 0 in individual addresses and 1 in group addresses. Group addresses, like individual addresses, can be universally administered or locally administered.
