Does anyone have Sartori set up to give out a static IP that isn't 192.168.x.x ?

I tried setting it up to use a differenct class C address, but would never receive the DHCP on the machine that I wanted to have the static address.

Sure, I use lots of different IP subnets, and it works just fine. Are you sure you have the MAC set properly, the DHCP set to be part of that subnet, and then your computer to get it's IP address automatically. I'm sure you think all this is set correctly, but check for some inconsistancy. What address does that computer get?

thanks for the note. I have static IP via DHCP working now, but only if I use the 192.168.0.x subnet. When I tried suing a different subnet for my network the mac address that I wanted to receive the static IP would just pick up a normal DHCP address from the pool.
