Problems setting static DHCP: not a valid mac adress

    I am using this adress: 00:50:8D:FB:12:89 (got it from ipconfig), when a click save setting the above statement appears.

    When you run IPconfig /all do more than one adaptors show up? Is it possible that you gave the MAC address to a virtual card that your system is using?
