Connected through a brand new Linksys WRT54GX2, the PAP2 experiences a consistent, pulsating (about once a second) transmission loss, both upstream and downstream, after connected to a call. The WRT54GX2 connects the PAP2 in half-duplex mode. Anybody know if this is correct? I've tried every router configuration suggested by Vonage (port forwarding, QoS, turning off wireless) to no avail, the WRT54GX2 doesn't work. The PAP2 works fine connected directly to the cable modem, and also through an older Linksys BEFSR41. Linksys says they have no problem. Other WRT54GX2 users on a Vonage message board report the same problem.
