I have a OpenVPN connection to privateinternetaccess.com and all traffic is routed through this tunnel. Now QoS is no longer working, because all traffic is classified as "remote" through my rule "UDP port 1194". It looks like the rules are operating on the WAN interface, and now all traffic looks the same. Is there a way to operate QoS on the tunnel interface?

Thank you for that link. Now I understand why it is not working on the tunnel interface, but the solution sounds too complicated for me. My Tomato Shibby on Asus RT-N16 uses other device names and I don't know how to edit the two mentioned scripts. Hoping that shibby implements it in one of the next releases.

Can it be that the same problem exists for the access restriction rules?
I restricted internet access for my childs to certain hours (because otherwise they don't go to bed). Yesterday I saw that they had internet access at a blocked time. Is this because routing through OpenVPN tunnel?

If that is true, than most of Tomato's functionality seems to be lost when using vpn tunnels for internet access.
