I cant seem to get QOS (to lowest priority) to work for cnn's streaming videos. I dont wish to limit all port 80 to lowest priority as that would slow down all web page viewing.

I have lowest QOS set for www as: dest port 80, 443 TCP transferred 1024+. I see from qos graph that my streaming video is still at normal priority instead of lowest.

Are you talking about the recent use of a P2P application for CNN streaming video?

I believe it uses UDP port 8247, try limiting this and see if it works. Also, flash video (RTMP) on TCP port 1935 may need addressing.

You mean CNN uses P2P?! That is news to me - I will have to look more into this - thanks!
