Can someone show me how to configure QOS for ftping? I checked out all the drop-down options but didn't see any FTP setting. I would like for FTP to be on high when I'm doing ftp work.

    Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't use the Layer-7 drop-downs for QOS. Instead, describe the traffic you want to shape by source/destination IP or MAC address and/or source/destination port.

I don't get what you mean by shape by source/destination IP, I'm pretty new at this. What I just want to do is transfer files from and to in dreamweaver faster. I believe the firewall port in dreamweaver is 21, but don't know if that means anything.

Do I just do TCP/UDP with src port: 21?

Set a rule for dest. port 21. Give it a priority class. That's it.

Level 7 filters don't work very well and are slow and very processor intensive. Setting port based rules for everything wherever possible is better. There is a lot of info on this forum if you search it for "QOS" rules, not all of it useful.
