I was just wondering if this is the best order, based on the fact that I have Strict Rule Ordering on?

Also, I keep getting a lot of unclassified connections going to which I am assuming are the connections to the Tomato UI... I have set these to High, but they still keep appearing as unclassified

    UDP	2248 (	53	Unclassified
    UDP	2247 (	53	Unclassified
    UDP	2246 (	53	Unclassified
    UDP	2245 (	53	Unclassified
    UDP	2244 (	53	Unclassified
    UDP	2243 (	53	Unclassified
    TCP	59317 (	5431	Unclassified
    UDP	2242 (	53	Unclassified
    UDP	2240 (	53	Unclassified
    ^ what is all that?

you should remove the L7 filter rule to your router. Its not necessary because QoS regulates the outgoing traffic to the internet. Also you should activate "Avoid displaying LAN to router connections" -> http://lampiweb.com/tomato/admin-debug.htm
The rest of the rules should be OK.

I changed all the rules a bit:

For some reason, my torrents are downloading a lot slower than before and I cannot seem to work out why :(

Make sure you have opened up the ports it needs through port forwarding. That's separate from all this QoS stuff.

    What is L7?

My torrent d/l is around 150 kps to 220 kbps.

With QoS off, what is your torrent d/l speed?
