i have a VOIP box on my main WRT, and i need to set IOS for the ethernetport its connnected too, otherwise, when using full upload, you cannot use VOIP anymore.
So, if i enable Internet Access Priority, enter 8000 kb/s as my downstream speed, set category to ethernetport 1, and high, the WRT should be able to keep my VOIP connection useable?

why would you enter 8000 as your download speed mate?
it's your upload speed that is needed. other than that, you can set it by port, mac or sip(in applications)

ok, stupid me, i entered 1000 kb/s now, my upload is 1200
So if my voip box is on eth1, and set at high, is that enough?

If you're running Thibor 15c, in the Qos there is a "voice device" in the drop down menu. Just enter the information, including the MAC Address of the VoIP ata and add it, then save changes. The Voice Device should default to the highest setting.

    Maybe anyone can help me...

I want to configure the QoS service but i dont know how to do this Perfect.
If i put only one MAC with medium access.... the QoS service only work for this, or work for all connections ?

    PS: I Have Thibor15c Firmware.

    Thanks !!

QoS, if enabled, will work for all devices and communications on your network. Anything you specify will be transmitted at the priority you specify. Anything you do NOT specify will default to between "medium" and "low" priority.

So, if you set one MAC with medium access, then all other devices will be LOWER in priority than your specified device.
