I'm using the WRT54GS, and wondering is there any firmware to add support of QoS??

if not, is the WRT54GX have this service built in? or only on certain version (that's what I've heard.....)

    TIA!

Most firmware including the stock firmware from Linksys include QoS support... have you checked the 'Applications & Gaming > QoS' page?? :eyebrow:

For more advanced QoS you can check out additional firmware such as DD-WRT.

ok, i've upgraded to the HyperWRT (ver.2.0) firmware now. but how do I set up the QoS in there?

I've set HTTP to high in application. but how do i found out certain application's port they use so i can set their priority to low such as BT??

I'd recommend looking to using an alternate firmware such as DD-WRT since the advanced QoS features allow you to match BitTorrent traffic etc by simply selecting it from a list. (Trying to just configure QoS based on ports isn't very effective since the ports used by p2p apps can be customized)
