QuickVPN - Failed to establish a connection

    Hi People;

    When try connect via VPN to a Router RV082 have this message:

    This could caused by one of the following:
    1. Inconrrect password.
    2. No valid IP for the network card.
    3. Inconrrect server address.
    4. You may need to disable you Windows firewall.

    The firmware version is 1.3.3.5.

    I call 3 time to Linksys Technical Support and no solve this problem
