QuickVPN Fails at "Verifying Network" Stage

    I have the WRV54G in an office and have a few users trying to use it to connect to access a server-based application. The VPN side has worked before, and with no changes to the router or the client, does not work now. Any input on why the client won't fully establish the connection? What info would I need to troubleshoot this better? This is QuickVPN running on an XP Home (and another XP Pro) laptop with the firewall disabled. I am running firmware version 2.37.1. Thanks!

    Does the PC have more than one network card eg. an onboard NIC and a wireless one?

    What version of the QuickVPN client are you running?

    Does the PC have SP2 installed?

    Yes, the various laptops trying to connect all have a wired and wireless NIC. They all do have all service packs and updates installed. I am not sure of the QuickVPN software version (I don't have the PC with me), but they are downloaded off of the website pretty recently.

    Any thoughts?

    Try disabling the NIC which isn't being used i.e. if your connecting to the internet via wireless then disable the on-board ethernet card.
