    Hi All,

I have a WRV200 and I am trying to use the QuickVPN 1.2.5. to connect.
I am experiencing the well known "Verifying network" issue so I decided to trace the communication. Everything seems to be fine till my client sends a message to the router containing an SSLv3 Encrypted Alert.

As this is encrypted I don't know what does it contain. Any idea? Why does the VPN client close the connection? What can be the possible reasons?

A few more details. WinXP SP2, all the suggested patches are installed. The computer is behind a corporate VLAN (Juniper SSG-5) but it does not seem to affect the process. In addition I have a Juniper Netscreen client installed but during testing it is inactive (Deactivated security policy)

I saw that QucikVPN puts a security policy called "FreeSwan" under the Local Security Settings\IP Security Policies on Local Computer. Would it do any good to modify it?

    Thanks in advance.
