QuickVPN up, can't ping/access/see remote

    QuickVPN connects, however i get intermitten "remote gatewate not responding" yet connection stays up.

    Also, i can't ping the remote router, nor access the browser based admin panel.

    Here's the set up for the remote location: Verizon DSL, modem set up as bridge. RV042 (FW=

    Local: Comcast, WRV54G, (FW=2.37.13), WinXP, Wireless, QuickVPN v1.1.0

    At the moment, i am only trying to ping _any_ adress on the remote network, and also access the remote router. Can't see the ip addresses. Any suggestions?? thanks in advance!

    to access the remote router you need to use remote management and access the router via its WAN IP address and port number you assign for remote management.

    as to QuickVPN. have you enabled https on the rv042?
